Vertical Blinds
Fabric or PVC vanes that turn to control light and draw aside to clear the glass. A practical choice for patio doors, wide windows and workplaces.
Serving Birmingham and the West Midlands Appointments 7 days a week
Wipe-clean roller fabrics, moisture-resistant faux wood and sturdy vertical blinds that cope with the comings and goings of rental life.
Whites, creams and soft greys that sit happily with any furniture, so the blinds can stay put from one let to the next.
Deal with one team for every property you look after, whether that's a single flat or houses spread across the region.
We can measure and fit while a property is empty. Tell us how access will work and we'll agree a visit that suits you.
Every blind we supply meets BS EN 13120, the UK child-safety standard, which is reassuring when you're letting to families.
Blinds in a rental property have a different job to the blinds in your own home. They need to look fresh at viewings, suit whoever moves in, stand up to years of daily use and be easy to look after between tenancies. We help landlords, letting agents and property managers across Birmingham and the West Midlands choose blinds that do all of that, then measure and fit them for you.
Every blind we supply is made to measure. In a rental, that’s about more than looks. A blind made for the window runs straight, wears evenly and is less likely to be forced out of shape by a tenant battling with a poor fit.
For most lets, a small set of tried-and-tested products covers almost every window:
You’re choosing for someone you haven’t met yet, so it pays to keep things simple. White, cream, stone and soft grey blinds look clean in listing photos, work with most furniture and don’t date quickly. Using the same shade throughout a property also makes it feel considered and cared for, which helps at viewings, and keeps things simple if a single blind ever needs replacing.
Whether you’re preparing a property for its first let, refreshing a flat between tenants or replacing tired blinds flagged at an inspection, we’ll work around your plans. Tell us when the property is free and when the next tenant is due to move in. We’ll confirm timings when we quote, so you can plan the rest of the work around them.
Vacant properties can be measured and fitted by arrangement. Let us know how access will work and we’ll agree a visit that suits you. If the property is still occupied, that’s fine too. We offer appointments 7 days a week, which makes it easier to find a time that works for your tenants.
If you look after several properties, you don’t want to explain yourself to a new company each time. With us, you have one point of contact for all of them, whether that’s a single flat in Edgbaston or a handful of houses across the West Midlands. Call or WhatsApp 07902 945533, or fill in our quote form, and we’ll call you back within 24 hours.
We also repair blinds we supplied. If a chain breaks or a slat gets damaged partway through a tenancy, you can come back to the same team who fitted it, rather than starting from scratch.
Our team has 20 years of experience in homes of every age and size across Birmingham and the West Midlands. For more practical tips on choosing and maintaining blinds in a let, read our landlord’s guide to blinds. When you’re ready, request a quote and we’ll arrange a visit to measure up.
