Home visits & quotes
Is the home measure really free?
Yes. We visit your home, measure every window, show you samples and give you a quote. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to go ahead.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Birmingham and the whole of the West Midlands, including Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and the Black Country. See areas we cover, or just call us on 07902 945533 to check.
What times can you visit?
We offer appointments 7 days a week. Give us a call or send a quote request and we will find a time that suits you.
Do you bring samples to the home visit?
Yes. We bring a wide range of fabric and material samples so you can see colours and textures in your own rooms and your own light, which is the best way to choose.
Do I need to measure my windows myself?
No. We measure every window ourselves during the free home visit, so you never have to worry about getting the sizes wrong.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to call you back within 24 hours of your quote request. If it is urgent, call or WhatsApp us on 07902 945533.
Pricing & orders
Is fitting included in the price?
Yes. Fitting is included in every quote we give for blinds, shutters and curtains we supply.
How long does it take from measuring to fitting?
It depends on the product you choose, as each one is made to measure. We will confirm timings when we give you your quote.
Can I cancel a made-to-measure order?
Because every blind, shutter and curtain is made to your exact measurements, made-to-measure orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. This does not affect your legal rights if anything is faulty or not as described.
Products & safety
Are your blinds child-safe?
Yes. All our blinds meet the UK child-safety standard (BS EN 13120). We offer cordless options and fit chains with secure tensioners. Read our child safety guide for more advice.
Can you fit blinds without drilling?
Yes. Perfect Fit blinds clip into the frame of uPVC windows and doors, with no drilling or screws.
Which blinds are best for bathrooms?
Waterproof roller blinds and faux wood Venetian blinds both cope well with steam and splashes. Our bathroom blinds guide explains the options.
What is the difference between blackout and thermal blinds?
Blackout fabrics block light, while thermal fabrics help reduce heat loss through the glass. Many fabrics do both. See our blackout and thermal blinds.
Do you fit electric curtains?
Yes. We supply and fit electric curtain tracks, which are ideal for tall, wide or hard-to-reach windows.
Fitting, repairs & aftercare
Will you fit blinds I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Our fitting-only service covers blinds bought online or from another retailer.
Can you repair my blinds?
We repair blinds that we supplied. We do not repair blinds from other companies, but we are happy to measure up and quote for replacements. See blind repairs.
How do I clean my blinds?
