Made-to-measure blinds
Blinds in a slim frame that clips into uPVC window beads. No drilling, no loose cords, and they tilt with the window. Roller or pleated.
The frame clips into the beading that holds your glass in place, so there are no screws or holes in your window frame.
The blind is part of the opening sash, so it tilts and swings with the window instead of flapping or getting in the way.
Nothing hangs down for small hands to reach, and each blind is made to the UK child-safety standard, BS EN 13120.
The frame sits close around each pane, so less light creeps round the edges than with a free-hanging blind.

Book a free measure in this colourPerfect Fit blinds take a different approach to dressing a window. Instead of hanging from brackets on the wall or frame, the blind sits in a slim frame that clips into the beading around your glass. There’s no drilling, nothing dangling, and the blind becomes part of the window itself.
That makes them a clever answer for uPVC windows and doors, and especially for tilt-and-turn windows, which are tricky to dress any other way. Each Perfect Fit blind we supply is made to measure for the individual pane it sits in.
Most uPVC windows have a strip of beading around the inside edge of the glass, holding the pane in place. Small brackets push into the narrow gap between this beading and the frame, and the blind’s frame clips onto them. Your window frame isn’t drilled, screwed or glued, so it stays exactly as it was.
Because the blind is attached to the opening part of the window, it goes wherever the window goes. Tilt the window in for some air, or swing it fully open, and the blind moves with it, without flapping in the breeze or catching on the handle.
It also leaves the windowsill completely free. That’s handy in kitchens, where sills tend to fill up with plants and washing-up liquid, and in children’s rooms, where they collect everything else.
Perfect Fit is a way of fitting, so you can pick the type of blind that suits the room:
We bring samples of both to your home visit, so you can compare them on your own windows.
If you have young children, cords are probably the first thing you think about with blinds. Perfect Fit blinds have no loose cords at all, and like everything we supply, they meet the UK child-safety standard, BS EN 13120. That makes them a natural choice for nurseries and children’s bedrooms. Our guide to window blind child safety explains what to look for.
Not quite. Perfect Fit blinds are designed for uPVC frames with suitable beading, so timber windows, aluminium windows and some older uPVC frames may need a different solution. We check the beading on every window when we measure, and if another blind would suit better, we’ll tell you.
After 20 years of work across Birmingham and the West Midlands, uPVC windows are something our fitters know inside out. If you’d like to read up first, our guide to Perfect Fit blinds covers who they suit best. Otherwise, book a visit and we’ll show you how they work on your own windows.

Yes, on uPVC doors with glazed panels, such as French doors and back doors. Each pane gets its own blind, so the door opens, closes and locks exactly as it did before.
Because the frame sits close around the glass, there's less light at the edges than with most free-hanging blinds. Choose a blackout roller fabric inside the frame if you want a properly dark room.
Dust the fabric with a soft cloth or brush from time to time. The frame itself can be wiped with a damp cloth, just as you would the window.
They're a sensible choice for rentals because nothing is drilled into the window frame. If you're a tenant, it's still worth checking with your landlord before you book.
